Tax Villa is a legitimate tax practitioner, registered with the California Tax Education Council (CTEC) and is recognized by the IRS as an Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) participant. BEWARE of tax preparers who refuse to sign your tax returns or give you a copy. Chances are they are not registered with CTEC. California law requires tax preparers to be either a lawyer, CPA, CTEC registered tax preparer or an IRS Enrolled Agent. Go to CTEC.org to verify your tax preparer.

It is impossible to provide a hard estimate or quote for our services without actually seeing what needs to be done. There are a lot of variables and issues that crop up during the interview and tax preparation process. We based our fees on the complexity and time spent on preparing your tax returns. Our fees generally run a little less than the national chains.
