In 2021, I had the honor of meeting Mrs. Villamayor, The Tax Villa. She helped me navigate the jejune (I looked up synonyms for boring) tax code for new business ventures we took on that year. Although she wasn't well studied in small farming and agriculture, she is a quick and thorough study. Not only did she take me in, with about 1 month remaining before the tax due date, but she was able to justify saving me around $20K in tax payments. She did my personal, small farm, and rental real estate return in that time frame. She is very patient and kind. I normally use Keystone CPA, which has been voted the number 1 real estate CPA in Orange County, for several years, but I've realized that Mrs. Villamayor, for my stage of tax prep needs, provides a very similar service at a fraction of the cost. Plus she responds fairly quickly to texts. I'm very happy with her and am preparing to do a mid year review soon. She also offers booking keeping. I definitely recommend her.
